Clyde Gateway is Scotland’s largest and most ambitious regeneration programme, spanning more than 2,000 acres across Glasgow and South Lanarkshire.

Identified in the National Planning Framework as the country’s leading regeneration priority, the area has already attracted more than £1.5 billion of investment in remediation, infrastructure and low-carbon energy systems.
